Electronics Disposal

Electronic equipment in general should not just be put in the trash. Cell phone batteries, old televisions, parts of computers, etc., need to be properly disposed of. Sometimes parts of these can be reused, such as a computer tower.

A new trend is for persons and organizations local to an area to have electronics equipment drop off at periodic times throughout the year, to give people a proper place to dispose of these things.

Older computer and electronics equipment can sometimes be donated to charitable organizations for reuse.
